Menyambut euforia tersebut, PA.SO.LA Restaurant di The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, mengajak tamu untuk menikmati fine dining dalam nuansa bak Westeros yang terinspirasi dari serial House of the Dragon lewat program &#8216;The Feast of Dragons.&#8217;
DSP Wine and Spirits dan kilang anggur Wolf Blass juga mendukung program ini dengan beberapa pilihan wine mereka, menambah kesan eksklusif tersendiri.
Tamu dapat memilih beberapa pilihan paket. Ada paket The Rhoynars dengan pengalaman menyesap wine Wolf Blass House of the Gragon Fire &amp; Blook Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz, South Australia 2021.

Tersedia dua pilihan, yaitu Set Bundle seharga Rp 2,680,000, mencakup tiga seri koleksi wine, atau opsi By Bottle seharga Rp 1,240,000 didampingi pilihan makanan ringan. Aneka snack dan kue seperti Lannister Feast, Stone Mushroom Croquet, Dragonstode Bread, dan Grey Joy Meat Grinded.
Tersedia pula pilihan santapan mewah dalam The Andlas 3-course Set Menu Dinner. Mulai dari paket The Targaryen seharga Rp 1,650,000 per orang atau per pasangan, meliputi sebotol anggur &#8220;Wolf Blass House of The Dragon&#8221; atau paket The High Towers seharga Rp 870,000 dengan sepasang gelas wine.

Dalam hidangan pembuka, perpaduan tuna segar dan aneka buah seperti semangka, nanas, cabai merah, dan saus mangga, becampur dalam menu Tuna and Watermelon Ceviche, membuka sesi dengan sempurna.

Diikuti pilihan hidangan utama seperti The Furry of Syrax, yang terdiri dari rusuk domba, terong asap, harrisa sauce, roasted hazelnut, black garlic purce; Protector of the Realm, dengan wook smoked beef brisket, coffee black honey, mashed potatoes dan vegetables; atau Ashes of the Dragons, yang terdiri dari cauliflower steak, cauliflower, dan almonds puree, sauteed kali, Al Ajillo vinaigrette.

Hidangan penutup pada sesi ini menjadi daya tarik sendiri: The Dragon Nest. Untuk dapat memakannya, tamu harus memecahkan cangkang edible berbentuk telur naga dari meringue emas.
Di dalamnya terdapat, mousse dan crumbs, serta rasa unik dalam saus asam dan buah beri, dengan sedikit hint pedas dari cabai kering. The Dragon Nest disajikan di atas wadah berisi dry-ice, menambah kesan dramatis.
Program &#8220;The Feast of Dragons&#8221; akan berlangsung di PA.SO.LA Lounge and Bar setiap hari Senin pukul 18.30 &#8211; 22.00 WIB. Jangan sampai terlewat, sesi ini dapat dinikmati dari 17 Juni hingga 5 Agustus 2024. (chs).
