<p>[dropcap type=&#8221;default&#8221;]M[/dropcap]enjajakan kopi yang dibuat dengan La Marzocco FB80 serta aneka busana lokal dan impor. Dalam bahasa Sunda, “mimiti” berarti “awal,” dan Mimiti Coffee berniat menjadi wadah bagi mereka yang berniat mengawali hari dengan secangkir kopi. Kedai baru di <a href="http://destinasian.co.id/?s=bandung" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Bandung</a> ini didirikan oleh lima orang dengan latar belakang bidang yang beragam, mulai dari kuliner, desain grafis, hingga manajemen bisnis—kombinasi yang mujarab untuk menciptakan sebuah tempat yang menggoda secara visual dan rasa.</p>
<p>Dalam kompleks yang memadukan desain industrial dan gaya kafe semi-terbuka, Mimiti Coffee menyuguhkan taman yang dikepung balok-balok beton, area bercengkerama di kaki pepohonan, serta kopi yang dibuat dari La Marzocco FB80, mesin merah mengilat yang awalnya dibuat untuk ajang 2006 World Barista Championship. Selain kopi, kedai ini menjajakan busana lokal dan impor, seperti WXG, BAPE, Supreme—semuanya dengan potongan <em>streetwear</em> yang senada dengan penampilan tim barista muda Mimiti Coffee.</p>
<p>Berdiri di Jalan Karangsari, salah satu jalur trendi di Bandung, Mimiti Coffee sebenarnya bukan cuma tempat untuk memulai hari, tapi juga melakoni tur <em>ngopi</em> di Kota Kembang. Dalam radius 500 meter dari sini terdapat kedai kopi terkenal lainnya, Two Hands Full.</p>
