[dropcap]U[/dropcap]sai membagikan ribuan tiket gratis mengunjungi Hong Kong pada bulan Maret, Cathay Pacific menyegarkan pengalaman bersantap di udara dengan menyajikan aneka kuliner baru. Menu baru ini digarap bersama restoran Veda yang berdiri di bawah jaringan hotel Ovolo yang berbasis di Hong Kong.
Menggusung konsep wellness, Cathay Pacific fokus meracik menu menggunakan sayur- sayuran segar, tapi dengan sentuhan modern. Hidangan spesial ini mulai disajikan sejak 17 Agustus, untuk kabin kelas Ekonomi Premium dan kabin kelas Ekonomi.

Di kabin kelas Ekonomi, contoh hidangannya adalah Khao Soi, yakni mi kari khas Thailand dengan campuran sayuran, kari kelapa dengan saus pedas dan manis, serta roti paneer khas India dengan saus tomat, krim, dan nasi jintan.
“Kami sangat senang mengumumkan kerja sama baru kami dengan VEDA. VEDA adalah restoran di Hong Kong yang memiliki komitmen yang sama dengan kami, yaitu menyediakan makanan yang fantastis dan suistainable,” ujar Vivian Lo, General Manager Customer Experience and Design, dalam siaran persnya.
